Re: SR Q00207400-01 Note that the way a PC reacts to the default bleep depends on the way the Sounds have been mapped by Windows within the PC. For example, Microsoft Themes may re-map your sounds in such a way that the default bleep is inaudible. If you cannot hear the default bleep option, use the Sounds option within Control Panel to map the default system sound to something which is audible on the PC.

The sound of the default bleep also depends on whether the PC is fitted with an internal speaker or a ceramic buzzer. On some PCs the default bleep is a barely audible 'click' sound. In these circumstances it is preferable to play a sound file.

1.2.013 - released to Nortel April 8th 2002

Q00288397 ipView does not show numerical summary on Re-play of Summary
When a summary was re-played occasionally the digits were showing zero. The action of the summary re-play has been corrected to be as follows. If a summary has been received within the current hour, re-playing summary will show the daily total and the hourly total (which is for the previous hour) and the graph will show the profile of the hourly totals. If the current hour has expired then the summary re-play will show the daily total, no hourly total (because until a new summary is received there is no figure for the previous hour, the hourly total from the last summary received is now for the hour before last), and the graph will show the profile of the hourly totals, but it will have moved to the left by one column.
Q00288397 ipView: During installation, user is presented with selection of 5 languages
The setup.exe for the installation now checks for the presence of the various language folders, which causes the installation to offer either 3 or 5 languages to the user as a choice of the language in which their MIS is running.

History:
------------------------------------

1.2.012 - released to Nortel 11th January 2002

1.2.012-1 Q00207646 Amendments to the Help text (font sizes of links, etc).
1.2.012-2 Q0076583 Changing parameters could cause an exception which led to Windows closing down the SoftBoard.
1.2.012-3 Q00283376 Using the German ipView SoftBoard with the MIS configured in German could cause a parameter to be missed, yielding a message 'No. of Paramaters 5' (or, if a title was used, 'No. of parameters 2').

1.2.010 - released to Nortel 23rd January 2002

1.2.010-1 Q00176561 Long View Window re-sized to accommodate translated texts.
1.2.010-2 Q00207783 Summary Window was re-sized to prevent translated texts being clipped in the Summary graph.

1.1.007 - released to Nortel 21st January 2002

1.1.007-1 Q00176986 English 'Colour' has been replaced by American 'Color'.
1.1.007-2 Q00206315 Re-play of summary would sometimes show all zeroes. This has been corrected.
(Note ipView must have received a Summary before it can re-play one. If ipView is fired up and then Re-play Summary is selected, the display will, of course, show zeroes.)
1.1.007-3 Q00176561 Translated texts did not fit into the long view boxes. This has been corrected.
1.1.007-4 Q00207783 Some of the translated texts were being clipped by the Summary window. This has been corrected.
1.1.007-5 Q00207792 When the Summary was re-played, the values were mixed up, and displayed on the wrong graphs. For example the Abandoned Calls Daily value actually displayed the Grade Of Service % Hourly statistic. This has been corrected.
1.1.007-6 Q00210058 When ipView is displaying a message (whether a Scheduled Message, Alarm Message or a manually instigated message) the Parameter value cells will be cleared so that the ipView SoftBoard more closely mimics the ipView WallBoard. This prevents the user looking at out-of-date stats during the period in which the message is displayed.

1.1.006 - Development and/or Debug Builds - Not Released

Ref SR Number Description of Problem Corrected
1.1.006-1 The IP Address list in the echoing tab of the Config pages could get corrupted. This has been corrected.
1.1.006-2 The ipView SoftBoard window could become half the width it should have been. Long View had the width of the Short View, and Short View had half of its usual width. This has been corrected. When the Config window is open the Tooltray Icon is disabled, so that Right-Clicking it will no longer cause the menu to appear. This prevents closure of the SoftBoard whilst the Config window is open.

1.1.002 - 1.1.005 - Development and/or Debug Builds - Not Released

1.1.001 - released to Nortel 29th October 2001
1.1.001-1 Q0014952 Periodically a thread could enter a tight loop instead of exiting. This caused the CPU usage to show up to 99% in the Task Manager. This has been corrected.
1.1.001-2 Q00118899 Spelling error corrected in the long view descriptions. 'Curent' Changed to 'current'.
1.1.001-3 Spelling error corrected in the on-line help title bar.

1.0.0 Build 05 - released to Nortel 18th September 2001
First release of the ipView SoftBoard product for Nortel Networks Call Center Reporting on either the Business Communications Manager 2.5 or the CallPilot 100/150 platforms.
